My fourth tattoo. It’s to symbolize my orientation as a lesbian, but there’s more. It also symbolizes my religion and how I have kept my faith throughout my life. There was a story I read when I was in fourth grade. It was about a man walking with God on the beach, but there was only one set of footprints. It was because God was carrying him through the hard times. That story was the first to ever make me gasp inside. There’s a lot of meaning behind this tattoo and I just adore it.
